Un acte que le directeur du centre de traitement des maladies épidémiologique n’a pas manqué de saluer. Pour le Pr Seydi, cette visite du ministre de la santé est extrêmement importante. La motivation n’est pas seulement financière.
Sur la situation de l’hôpital, Pr Seydi a souligné que «c’est beau, c’est aéré, c’est bien construit. C’est excellent mais je voudrais que le plateau de Diamniadio soit relevé le maximum possible, c’est bien de relever le plateau surtout au niveau de la réanimation. Avec la progression de la maladie, c’est sûr qu’il y aura plus de cas graves, donc il serait bien que l’hôpital de Diamniadio ne dépende plus de Dakar».
