Le ministre de la Justice Éric Dupond-Moretti a été renvoyé en procès devant la Cour de Justice de la République. Il est soupçonné d’avoir profité de sa nomination à la chancellerie pour régler ses comptes avec des magistrats.
Le secrétaire général de l’Elysée, Alexis Kohler, a été mis en examen en septembre à Paris pour prise illégale d’intérêts dans le cadre de l’information judiciaire visant ses liens familiaux et professionnels avec l’armateur MSC, le bras droit d’Emmanuel Macron contestant avoir « commis tout délit ».
Avec Dupond-Moretti et Kohler, la macronie est emportée dans la tourmente judiciaire
