Il a, en outre, invité le Ministre de l’Eau et de l’Assainissement à finaliser l’évaluation de la réforme de l’Hydraulique rurale, la réalisation des grands projets d’hydraulique urbaine en cours, ainsi que le processus d’adoption du Code de l’Eau.
